Are you a tech-savvy, innovative communications specialist ready to make a substantial impact? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive for our Internal Communications team. In this role, you'll not only shape our communication strategy but also define the future of our internal communications by leveraging cutting-edge technology and programs

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Internal Communications: Lead the development of internal communication programs to keep employees informed about the company's vision, goals, and milestones. Collaborate with teams and functions to support the business mission.
  • Skilled Storyteller: Bring stories to life through compelling written content. Use your excellent written skills to engage employees and drive employee engagement campaigns.
  • Implementation of Communication Strategy: Drive the implementation of our Internal Communications strategy by crafting clear and compelling messages aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage Existing Channels: Take charge of our internal communications channels such as intranet, gamification and email briefings. Continuously explore opportunities to enhance these channels.
  • Embrace Technology: Stay on top of technological advancements and leverage them to improve our communication approach. Identify and introduce new platforms and tools to increase engagement and reach.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders to ensure our communication strategy meets the needs .
  • Lead Communication Projects: Lead key internal communications and engagement projects that foster a sense of community and shared purpose across the organization.
  • Coordinate Events: Coordinate the development and delivery of in-person and virtual events, utilizing technology to create engaging experiences for our teams
  • Advise Stakeholders: Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on effective communication practices for their projects and operational updates.
  • Communications Campaigns: Create and deliver eye-catching communications campaigns and materials to promote various projects, events, and activities to colleagues. Ensure the right message reaches the right audience through the right channels.
  • Change Initiatives and Company Culture: Develop supporting communications for change initiatives and promote the wider company culture. Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and implement feedback surveys for future improvements.

What You Will Have

  • Extensive knowledge of internal communications channels and best practices.
  • Understanding of different audience types within large organizations with dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex environment and quickly assimilate information.
  • Proven experience in a managerial-level internal communications role, preferably in large operational organizations with remote working arrangements.
  • Expertise in leveraging technology for communication and engagement.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships at all level
