Role Introduction

We are looking for a technically minded professional to join our business! Primarily based around Microsoft technologies this Technical Consultant role is primarily focused on the deployment of Microsoft Azure based solutions to our customers. You will also deploy our own software solutions, providing technical pre-sales assistance to our Account Managers.

 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with undertaking commissioning and on-site deployment of hardware.

 

The is a hybrid role with the ability to work from home, but will also have some in-office days and occasionally includes an element of travel to customer site visits.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Consultant, your main duties will include:

 

  • Provisioning Microsoft Azure cloud solutions for our customers
  • Migrating existing and new customers to Microsoft's Azure cloud
  • Occasional commissioning and on site deployment of hardware and infrastructure
  • Deployment of our own in house software solutions

What You Will Have

As a Technical Consultant, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in deploying and commissioning Microsoft Azure solutions including Azure AD and AVD technologies
  • Skills in deploying Microsoft 365 technologies including migrating email from MS Exchange to MS Exchange Online
  • Experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Server Operating Systems including HyperV and Terminal Server solutions
  • Active Directory support and configuration knowledge
  • TCP/IP and general networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Sophos AV, Cisco firewalls, Veeam backup solutions, Mimecast email security is desirable but not a requirement
