We're seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to join our team of experienced Account Manager’s within our Independent Training Provider team, to drive growth whilst continuing to shape the future of our customers by building valuable strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships across a complex portfolio
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close
  • Actively generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year
  • Develop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales target

What You Will Have

  • Evidence of experience working with or within Independent Training Providers
  • A deep understanding of the operational complexities of Independent Training Providers (i.e. ESFA regulations, governance, funding etc)
  • Account Managers will have strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A proven track-record of success sales within a complex client portfolio, or significant evidence of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
  • Effective communication and time management skills

Successful candidates will participate in a one-month intensive boot camp to learn about our products, markets, and commercial strategy.
