Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling Software as a Service, and be able to articulate value and outcome based solutions to business problems across the areas of People Management, Financial Management, Spend and Governance Software. We are looking for a sales professional who can identify market growth opportunities, developing C-level relationships, successfully acquire new clients, and deliver annual recurring revenue growth for Advanced.  

What You Will Do

  • Research target sector potential and direct business development activities 
  • Qualify prospects, understanding the strategic challenges they are facing and the objectives of their technology projects.  
  • Once qualified, undertake detailed discovery and tailoring subsequent presentations and software demonstrations to showcase Advanced solutions ability to exceed requirements  
  • Ensure Account plans are accurately maintained in SalesForce 
  • Create strong relationships with prospects. Deliver to the sales cadence timelines. 
  • Managing your pipeline and close velocity ensuring forecasting accuracy. 
  • Continuous development of new pipeline 
  • Consistent adoption and use of Sales Methodology throughout sales cycle

What You Will Have

  • Success in selling business to business SaaS solutions within private sector target verticals 
  • Upper, mid-market sales experience 
  • C level prospect engagement experience 
  • Driven to exceed sales target
