The successful candidate will be accountable for managing strategic relationships with our high growth potential customers principally to facilitate retention and drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross sell of the entire advanced software portfolio. You will need to demonstrate the correct behaviours and activity levels of a strategy focused account manager who can develop relationships at key stakeholder level including c-suite and influence decision making. You will also need to demonstrate to identify key market insights and trends within their customer base and feed these back into the business to help shape our GTM. The business has ambitious growth targets and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to use these skills to drive revenue growth
Please note, This role is a hybrid position, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Birmingham office.
Successful candidates will participate in a one-month intensive boot camp to learn about our products, markets, and commercial strategy.
