Role Introduction

We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and success-driven individuals to join our innovative Sales Development team here at Advanced. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the company’s growth through identifying, nurturing, and cultivating relationships with potential customers.

Please note that this is an office-based role with 5 days a week in our Birmingham office located in the Mailbox.

What You Will Do

    • You will complete an onboarding programme where we will enhance your skills and abilities to maximise your success in the role.

     

    • Qualify leads from inbound requests & marketing campaigns, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and driving our sales pipeline.

     

    • Proactively prospect and generate leads through outbound channels, including nurturing and beginning new conversations using email / calls / social channels.

     

    • Enrich data for customers and prospects through our Advanced ABM programme, using diligent research techniques and natural curiosity to understand their challenges and pain points that our solutions solve for.

     

    • Become proficient in using the latest sales technologies, utilised to increase your success and conversion rates.

     

    • Keep accurate and complete information on the CRM

     

    • Keep up to date on industry news & events to ensure you can relate to your prospects’ challenges and identify potential new areas of the market to target.

     

    • Achieve your monthly quota on meetings/opportunities generated that meet the qualification criteria.

     

    • Feed your growth mindset by consistently analysing your results, identifying areas where you can improve and seek feedback from others to do so.
