A Senior Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the sales team, providing troubleshooting assistance and support for our Platinum and Gold accounts with complex customer resolution aligned to our Commercial Units.
