The People Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the People department. Managing a global team, this role is responsible for executing People policies, procedures and processes.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience of a leading in a People/HR Operations environment and the ability to collaborate with various teams to drive organisational improvements.
This is a hybrid working role based from our Birmingham, Mailbox office 2-3 days per week. Please note this is a 12 month FTC.
