Role Introduction

The Director of Transformation at OneAdvanced is responsible for planning and executing key organisational transformation programmes. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

This is a great opportunity for an innovative, technologically savvy, transformational change programme leader with deep experience in the technology space to help us to drive transformation across all aspects of our organisation to enable us to effectively power the world of our customers’ work.

What You Will Do

Govern key transformation programmes: Ensure transformation projects and workstreams are well planned and executed. Help to identify interdependencies across projects and ensure these are well thought through and impacts are understood. Work with programme leads to ensure that status, metrics and risks are tracked and communicated through status reporting. Ensure ease of reporting through a consistent methodology and visibility across multiple programmes. Chair reviews and steering meetings to ensure key stakeholders are informed of programme status, risks, decisions and changes.

 

Embed change and promote adoption: Ensure each transformation initiative has a robust and well executed change management approach to lead to effective behavioural change, ways of working embedding, and programme/tool adoption. This includes, but is not limited to, stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, documenting required changes in behaviours, documenting changes in roles and responsibilities, re-engineering and embedding processes, training and communications. Work with internal OCM, L&D and Communications teams to ensure persona-based impacts are well known and communicated, and communications are strategically planned in order to ensure that people understand upcoming changes and why they are important, are enabled to be able to work differently, and are equipped with key information that is relevant to their role in a timely and streamlined way.

 

Continuous improvement: Complete post-project retrospectives to gather lessons learned and ensure action is taken following feedback.

 

Measure outcomes: Gather data and present around benchmarks, baselines, outcomes, key results related to each transformation initiative.

 

Escalate and resolve risks and issues: Ensure risks and issues related to transformation execution, spend, quality, timeline, resources or tools are identified, classified, documented, resolved, mitigated or escalated as appropriate.

 

Manage M&A integration: Ensure new acquisitions are successfully integrated, or divestitures successfully separated.

 

Partner: With transformation leaders, executives and key stakeholders across the business to ensure transformation is thought through and delivered end-to-end.

 

Leadership: Act as a visible leader in the organisation role modelling behaviours, communicating status, vision and impacts, and acting as a change agent. Proactively listen to and resolve stakeholder concerns and risks to ensure embedding and adoption of change. Presenting to key executive, senior and investor stakeholders as and when required.

 

What You Will Have

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting the delivery of global Transformation initiatives

· Programme Management experience, covering multiple, concurrent, high-visibility transformation programmes

· Experience implementing tools and systems

· PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent certifications preferred

· Organisational Change Management experience, PROSCI qualification or equivalent preferred

· Experience in process mapping, re-engineering and continuous improvement preferred

· Strong analytical skillset

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Ability to work at pace
