Role Introduction

At OneAdvanced, we’re on a mission to power the world of work. We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to help us build our brand as a leading technology employer, so that we can find the right people to support our growth ambitions 

This role sits in our People Experience team and will be critical in ensuring our unique employee value proposition is woven into the ways our people and candidates experience OneAdvanced. We’re looking for someone ready to think big about how we showcase who we are and what we do and can implement this by building systems and processes from scratch. 

What You Will Do

EVP  > Brand 

  • You will take our employer brand to the next level by baking our employee value proposition into candidate and employee touchpoints and designing and delivering internal and external campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with our internal brand and internal communications teams to redefine our employer brand identity. This will include building assets and toolkits.  
  • Ensure our employee value proposition and employer brand is reflected in all policies, practices and documentation including those of recruitment marketing, to ensure our brand image, tone and key messaging are consistent. 
  • You will shape and manage our content calendar, aligning with holidays, hiring needs, and our location strategy.  
  • You will plan, produce, and deliver engaging content for social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. You will work internally to foster employee advocacy and engagement on external channels.  
  • You will keep OneAdvanced on the cutting edge by staying abreast of industry trends, market knowledge, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain innovative. 

 

Talent Acquisition  

  • Manage our company-wide employer brand and attraction framework, templates and tools as appropriate, you’ll effectively leverage resources to ensure consistent activation and global alignment. 
  • Consult with stakeholders across all OneAdvanced countries to partner through to locally relevant employer brand practices to enable our business to identify, attract and engage global talent seamlessly Oversee the management, innovation and scheduled updates to our global internal and external careers sites. 
  • Roll-out and activation of our candidate relationship management (CRM) technology and talent pools. 
  • Developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to build diverse talent pipelines and talent pools for key roles and needs. 
  • Measure effectiveness of our recruitment marketing and attraction campaigns ensuring reach and impact is maximised. 
  • Actively build relationships with key community groups and industry networks. Host and attend events to drive awareness of the Advanced Employer Brand. 

 

Relationships 

  • Act as a key contact and advisor to the Talent and People team on employer branding, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities. 
  • Defines training needs and develops a training plan to up-skill our country Px teams in employer branding to ensure they’re set for success in their local markets. 
  • Partner with Internal comms to ensure consistent messaging and employer brand communications across Advanced. 

 

Data & Analytics 

  • Responsible for monitoring and measuring the impact and effectiveness of our employer brand through the ownership of an employee value proposition scorecard at quarterly intervals. 
  • Analyse relevant data and analytics to provide our leadership teams with monthly dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Glassdoor analytics, social media analytics platforms. 

What You Will Have

Essential: 

  • A creative appetite for thinking big about how we build OneAdvanced’s employer brand. 
  • Experience in employer brand, brand marketing, or engagement/ employee experience  
  • Strong influencing and networking skills; proved experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders on all levels, especially those outside our own team and reporting structure. Ability to manage upwards 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong project management expertise, especially in managing logistically complex programmes 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret research data and market trends, but also a creative thinker with a demonstrably broad perspective with the ability to recognise opportunities and the wider business environment 
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) 

 

Desirable: 

  • Experience in third party agency/vendor management 
  • Experience in a global organisation is highly desirable 
  • Basic understanding of the theory, principles and practice of talent acquisition
