Role Introduction

We are looking for Solution Architect to deliver solutions for our customers based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform

The Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Architect will be responsible for leading, planning, designing and building solutions for customers based on Dynamics CRM CE modules and Power Platform. The key focus of the role will be working with key business stakeholders to build solution roadmaps, feature updates, functional and technical requirements, creating high level & low-level technical documents, customising and extending Dynamics and Power Platform the platform using development technologies like .net, Type Script and JavaScript. The role will also involve directing the team in new features and functionality to provide right solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform consultancy best practice, working with on-premise (CE) and cloud deployments.
  • Participate or lead pre-sales design workshops to understand customer business requirement.
  • Participate or lead functional and technical design workshops for requirement gathering activity with customers
  • Write quality Scope of Work / Proposal documents.
  • Provide effort estimates to deliver the proposed solution.
  • Write quality high level and low-level technical design documents.
  • Demonstrate Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing module capabilities
  • Deliver Dynamics CRM solution customisation and configurations, workflows and reporting.  Troubleshoot, analysing and where possible resolving issues where solution is not working as designed. 
  •  Use Power platform to build power apps, power pages, flows and reports.
  • Provide solution consultancy on new projects, enhancements and change requests.
  • Deliver technical design to extend Dynamics 365 or Power Platform using plugins.
  • Modify existing and configure new functions in line with customer requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements. Support customers solutions by investigating, reviewing and resolving issues raised. Ensuring customer satisfaction in delivering support.
  • Liaising with our Partners and Microsoft on features and issues within the product that for customer solutions.
  • Supporting the Sales team with pre-sales activities.
  • Advise our customers on possibilities of automating their existing processes using Dynamics and Power Platform

What You Will Have

  • Demonstrable experience of working with and delivering projects using on-premise and online version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Experience in delivering pre-sales workshops to build “art of the possible” on Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Experience in conducting customer workshops.
  • Experience in delivering solution Design Documents and conducting Fit/Gap analysis
  • Demonstrable knowledge of supporting tools and applications within the Microsoft stack and their capabilities alongside Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in development technologies to identify gaps in the solution requiring development of plugins.
  • Knowledge of extending Dynamics and Power Platform solutions using Azure technologies.
  • Experience in data migration and data management in projects.
  • Experience in SQL is good to have.
  • Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform certifications.
  • Configuring, customising and extending Dynamics 365 CE platform to implement solution processes.
  • Desing and create Power Platform apps, canvas apps and flows to implement technical solution.
  • Design, customise and extend Power Pages to implement technical solution.
  • Design and build custom controls for Power Platform and Dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of out of box configuration of Dynamic CE as well as writing and build additional functionality where required.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
  • Be willing to take initiative in problem identification and solution provision.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
