Role Introduction

You will be a leading member of the marketing team reporting to the Marketing Director for Distribution, Manufacturing and Logistics (DLM), responsible for the building and execution of the ABM campaign plans, creating pipeline within the DLM sector and contributing to the winning, delivery and retention of future customer revenues. You will be responsible for the marketing campaign planning and execution and reporting of ROI across ABM campaigns and be a key point of contact across the sales team and wider business functions. You will be a key player in the growth of the DLM sector.

What You Will Do

• Be the ABM Marketing lead, and fully manage 1:1 and 1:few marketing campaigns within the DLM sector.
• You will foster excellent relationships with the Vice President of DLM and the wider sales team as well as regular interaction with the central brand and marketing operations.
• Produce and drive the execution of the marketing plan.
• Report back on campaign success and optimise campaign plans accordingly.
• You will be a key player in managing the marketing budget for DLM.
• Coordinate colleagues providing digital, content and product marketing support, together with creative, operations and other colleagues.
• Interact with colleagues in other teams, in particular Sales, Customer Success and Product Management.
• Awareness of and contribution to the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns.
• Be able to report and forecast results to stakeholders around the business.
• Be a key member of the OneAdvanced marketing team, contributing to broader product category activities and supporting the attainment of the OneAdvanced brand goals.
• Identify, recommend and manage third party resources and partner relationships as required.

What You Will Have

• 7+ years marketing experience ideally B2B.
• Experience in running and managing ABM campaigns.
• High commercial awareness, growth mindset and targets focus.
• Being able to exhibit an ability to develop market sector knowledge to deliver successful marketing campaigns would be a benefit.
• Knowledge of marketing SaaS and logistics and manufacturing sector knowledge beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust across multiple stakeholders of various levels.
• Good analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign success.
• Experience in website CMS, social media and email marketing systems.
• Team player.
• Commitment to personal and team excellence.
• Be able to join regular face to face meetings and workshops, office working in the Mailbox will be required on a regular basis.
• Attendance at events including travel and overnight stays may be required at times.
