This dynamic and challenging role involves the leadership of one of our Payroll Support Teams. As a Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for your team providing excellent product support to our customers. You will leverage your deep understanding of UK payroll regulations and your strong technical IT skills to support our payroll software users.
Provide advanced support for payroll software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems related to UK payroll.
Experience with handling complaints and communicating with challenging people.
Exceptional ITService Management skills
Working knowledge of Windows Infrastructure and Networking
Understanding of UK payroll regulations and strong technical IT skills
Excellent written and spoken English, confident telephone manner and well- rounded interpersonal skills
