A results-driven and highly motivated Program Manager with 9 -12 years of experience in overseeing and managing multiple development teams, consistently delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Adept at managing all aspects of project delivery, with a strong focus on automation, reusability, and continuous improvement.

 

The ideal candidate is passionate about driving the successful execution of large-scale projects, utilizing a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and impeccable communication skills. What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Project Success:
  • Outcome Focus: Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, ensuring measurable impact on key business metrics (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, customer satisfaction).
  • Performance Metrics: Track and meet defined success criteria, including timelines, cost management, quality of delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Effectiveness:
  • Results-Oriented Leadership: Lead and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring that each team member is aligned with the project goals, accountable for their responsibilities, and contributing to overall success.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure that team members are utilized effectively and that resources are maximized to deliver the best outcomes within project constraints.
  • Stakeholder and Client Engagement:
  • Client-Centric Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication of Results: Regularly communicate project progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders, focusing on delivering value.
  • Project Execution & Problem Solving:
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions that minimize project disruptions and maximize project deliverables.
  • Adaptability: Be ready to pivot and adjust strategies based on real-time performance data and changing project dynamics.

What You Will Have

Qualifications:

    • Proven Project Delivery Success: 9 -12 years of experience leading large, complex projects with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes (e.g., within time, budget, and quality).
    • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams to deliver results — not just manage processes. You’ve been responsible for the performance of a team or teams and can show how your leadership directly led to success.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage senior-level stakeholders and clients, demonstrating success in setting expectations and meeting their objectives.
    • Strategic Thinking: You’ve developed and executed strategies that align with company goals and business objectives, showing how your actions have made a measurable impact.
    • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Proven ability to identify problems and implement solutions that kept projects on track, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
    • Agile & Scrum Experience: Experience managing Agile teams or working in an Agile environment to deliver products incrementally, with a proven ability to adapt to changes in scope or strategy.
    • Tools & Technology: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.), and familiarity with performance-based metrics and KPIs.
    • Certifications (Optional but Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications showcasing a commitment to project management excellence.
