Role Introduction

Are you a dynamic, results-driven software sales professional with a passion for the legal sector? Do you thrive in managing high-value existing client relationships and closing complex deals? If so, OneAdvanced is looking for a seasoned Account Director to join our Legal team, where you will be challenged to drive significant growth across a portfolio that includes some of the UK's top law firms.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Client Relationships: Take charge of managing and nurturing relationships with high-value legal sector customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial opportunity to close, introducing new solutions and finding the opportunities to cross-sell.
  • Drive Sales: Nurture relationships to actively generate and close opportunities within the existing client base, maximizing revenue growth.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and maintain strategic account plans to meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis to ensure targets are met and expectations managed.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers have access to the latest, most relevant products and software solutions.

What You Will Have

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B software sales with at least some experience of the legal sector. A track record of success in managing and growing complex client portfolios.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, capable of closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
