Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, technical expertise in NetSuite, and the ability to manage and optimize our ERP system to support our business operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our NetSuite environment, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization.

What You Will Do

System Administration and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure system availability and performance meet service level agreements (SLAs). Perform regular system audits and implement improvements.

System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the technical configuration of NetSuite to meet specific business requirements. Customize forms, set up user roles and permissions, maintain lists, records, and advanced field-level security controls.

User Support and Training: Provide advanced technical support to NetSuite users, addressing complex system issues. Develop and conduct specialized training sessions on utilizing NetSuite features. Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and guides. Address and resolve user issues and inquiries promptly.

Monitoring System Performance: Utilize system performance monitoring tools to analyse and enhance NetSuite performance.

Data Integrity and Security: Champion the security of NetSuite data by implementing advanced security measures, regular audits, and compliance checks. Coordinate with IT security teams.

Developing Advanced Reports and Dashboards: Use NetSuite’s built-in tools to create complex reports and dashboards that provide deep analytical insights, aiding strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business operations. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and data migration processes.

Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the organization. Develop and implement workflows SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Manage and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings.

Project Management: Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and system optimizations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite processes with business objectives.

Compliance and Security: Ensure NetSuite compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Implement and maintain system security measures to protect data integrity and privacy. Stay updated with NetSuite releases and patches and ensure timely application of updates.

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field: Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • NetSuite Certification: Preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite system administration: Including configuration, customization, and user support.
  • Proficiency in SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder: Demonstrated ability to develop custom workflows.
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools: Ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes: Ability to align NetSuite functionalities with business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
