Role Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Consultant to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be participating in managing, implementing, and customizing NetSuite ERP
solutions to meet our clients' needs. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders
to ensure seamless integration of the platform with existing business processes and systems.

What You Will Do

NetSuite Implementation:
o Manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements
gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live
support.
o Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and data migration.


Customization & Configuration:
o Customize and configure NetSuite modules to suit specific business
requirements.
o Develop custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), and saved searches.
o Optimize and extend native NetSuite functionality as required.


Project Management:
o Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure
project timelines and objectives are met.
o Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
o Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders.


Training & Support:
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the NetSuite system.
o Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
o Assist clients with post-implementation support, including regular system
audits, performance optimization, and new feature rollouts.


Business Process Optimization:
o Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using
NetSuite best practices.
o Work with stakeholders to identify key performance metrics and help develop
reporting dashboards.

What You Will Have

Experience:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Consultant or in a similar role.
o Experience in implementing NetSuite ERP, CRM, or OneWorld solutions.
o Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, accounting,
supply chain, and inventory management.


Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in NetSuite configuration and customization.
o Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
o Knowledge of integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Celigo, or other middleware
(preferred).


Certifications (preferred):
o NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, or NetSuite SuiteFoundation
Certification.


Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present
complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
o Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
