Strategic Engagement Lead

The role of Strategic Engagement Lead will focus on aligning the company's business objectives with transformational activities and ensuring that cross-functional teams collaborate efficiently with the Partner to deliver measurable results. They are responsible for driving the value of the program by leading the development, communication, and execution of strategic initiatives.

They will work in an executive capacity to overcome any blockers, dependencies and address challenges during the course of transformation.

• Work with the partner to lead the development and execution of transformation goals for large initiative(s)
• Collaborate with transformation and transition teams to define the transition and transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with agreed milestones.
• Act as a catalyst for the change, facilitating the adoption of agreed methodologies required for the success of the program.
• Support and facilitate resource onboarding, coordinating with portfolio leaders to execute.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including portfolio heads and partner leadership team.
• Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes across the organisation.
• Assess, gather and visualise progress, highlighting the key risks and tracking mitigation.

• Strategic thinker, effective communicator, and change management expert managing complex projects in a dynamic business environment
• Should have prior experience working with a scaling partner in transforming products
• Should have experience in transforming products to SAAS platforms
• Experience in defining and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) using multiple platforms and/or methodologies
• Must be experienced in working in internationally distributed matrix management structures.
