Account Director - Urgent Care

This is a very excitng opportunity for the successful candidate to manage thier own national territory as a National Account Director for the ROI and NI. OneAdvanced already have a solid customer base in Ireland, supplying market leading software solutions to Primary, Secondary and Urgent Care organisations. Establishing and building relationships with GP practices, OOH providers, hospitals & national commissioning groups such as HSCNI and HSE will all be part of the role.

The successful candiste will be a self-starter, with the experience and confidence to work at a national level.  Ability to analyse the market, present data to collaboratively develop the growth plans for market.  Experience of working with c-suite stakeholders 

• As an Account Director, you will manage relationships across a complex portfolio
• Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close
• Actively generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year
• Develop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales target

• Account Directors will have strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience within Sales in the healthcare/public sector
• A proven track-record of success in B2B new business sales within a complex client portfolio
• Effective communication and time management skills
