Role Introduction

As an experienced People Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our People function and organisation is data-led and outcomes oriented. Your primary responsibility will be to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape our data strategy, establish and maintain real-time dashboards, and create beautiful visualisations that empower our department, managers, and leadership. This role reports into our People Operations Director.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

 

· End-to-End People Analytics:

· Take ownership of our people analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.

· Translate abstract concepts into actionable business requirements.

· Real-Time Dashboards and Reporting:

· Develop and maintain automated, always-on Power BI and Anaplan dashboards that provide real-time insights.

· Create visually appealing data visualisations that demonstrate trends, impacts, outcomes and return on investment.

· Enable easy access to critical information for all stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with GDPR and data minimisation principles.

· AI Integration and Data Insights:

· Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.

· Leverage Python and other data and analytics tools to structure, cleanse, and build data models and visualisations, and compile thematic analysis and recommendations based on free-text data.

· Data Fusion and Holistic Insights:

· Analyse both quantitative and qualitative data, including sentiment analysis.

· Combine HR, finance, operational, and experiential data for comprehensive insights.

· Other duties as assigned

What You Will Have

Competencies and Experience

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc in Data Science / Computer Science, Mathematics, AI or Machine Learning
  • Evidenced Power bi development experience
  • Evidence of a decent level of Python coding
  • Practical application of machine learning models and/or advanced programmatic statistical modelling
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Some familiarity with people metrics and/or genuine interest in people functions and advanced metrics
  • Understanding of REST APIs

 

Ideal Candidate will additional have:

  • Ideally an MSc in Data Science / Computer Science or Machine Learning
  • Knowledge of Azure / ML Ops
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience developing advanced metrics for people functions – including predictive models
  • Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch experience
