Role Introduction

Contribute as a key member of the agile Digital Experience team to evolve and expand the OneAdvanced website platform. You’ll design, build, and maintain high-performance front-end components and scalable back-end functionality, ensuring seamless integration with our headless CMS and elevating our digital experience for both customers and internal content creators.

What You Will Do

1 Deliver Seamless Front-End Experiences
o Build responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized front-end components using React/Next.js and modern design principles.
o Work closely with designers and UX experts to bring to life pixel-perfect, user-focused interfaces.
o Apply principles such as Atomic Design and modular CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind) to maintain scalable front-end architecture.
2. Enhance Back-End Capabilities and APIs
o Extend back-end services and functionality to support new features and future growth.
o Integrate with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and contribute to creating clean, testable server-side code.
3. Empower Content Authors and Editors
o Ensure seamless integration with our headless CMS (e.g., Optimizely) and optimize workflows for content creators.
o Provide internal support and enhancements to streamline publishing processes and drive CMS adoption across teams.
4. Champion Code Quality and Agile Delivery
o Write effective unit tests, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve team delivery standards.
o Play an active role in SCRUM ceremonies and team planning, bringing a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

 

What You Will Have

  • Must-Have Experience and Capabilities

    • Experience: 2 to 5 years.
    • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Next.js).
    • Proven experience working with CMS platforms, preferably in headless configurations.
    • Comfortable working across the full stack, including back-end services and APIs.
    • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
    • Experience writing unit tests and using version control systems like Git.
    • Exposure to Agile development practices, with a commitment to quality and collaboration.

     

  • Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

    • TypeScript, GraphQL, or Tailwind CSS
    • Experience with Optimizely CMS, Storybook, or end-to-end testing frameworks
    Familiarity with Atomic Design principles or component-based design systems
