Role Introduction

Support the Learning and Development function to deliver strategic digital solutions for the development of the all employees. Identifying digital solutions using digital content, learning pathways and skills based pathways to support development and career progression  

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the Learning Management system – the day to day admin, the content curation and content usage to support business goals
  • Oversee the digital learning delivery . Identifying content to support the business with key development areas.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Talent Marketplace ( Cornerstone)
  • Overall responsibility of implementation of Extended Enterprise. Working with the Enablement Teams to implement the software whilst creating smooth onboarding for customers
  • Identify development areas using the data from TMP – full view of skills based organisation
  • Responsible for the reporting and data interpretation using outputs from all the learning software .
  • Work with the Performance and Talent Product team to identify how we can support and further utilise the P&T product.
  • Use data to identify learning trends and requirements. Particularly using data from TMP , creating skills and career pathways.

What You Will Have

  • Knowledge of Adult learning principles
  • Understanding of skills and skills frameworks / Taxonomies
  • Ideally experience of Cornerstone LMS /LXP
  • Data analysis skills
