Role Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness by optimising use of key sales tools and data insights. Supporting wider Revenue Operations initiatives to empower our sales team with the tools to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.  This position involves analysing sales data, trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and collaborative team player. 

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain reporting suite within Gong to improve revenue growth and provide insight into sales and sales leadership performance 
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements. 
  • Forecast revenue potential and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and adoption of technology – primary focus on Gong 
  • Continuous improvement approach to process improvements and operational effectiveness 
  • Support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations. Share knowledge and insights with the sales team and sales leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation.  
  • Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of reporting in Gong presenting insight to drive revenue growth 

What You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations or CRM data management. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Gong experience 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • High attention to detail and consistency in execution.
