Role Introduction

This is a newly defined position, created to support a company-wide initiative to standardise and improve software delivery processes. Over the past year, the team has been developing new delivery playbooks, clear “how-to” guides that will be rolled out across the business.


You will work closely with the Services Enablement Leads to design and deliver best practice processes and the end state system landscape ensuring high level requirements can be met and are presented in a playbook.

 

In addition, you will ensure all requirements are configured and deployed into operational systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce systems to deliver the new to be designed processes. You'll need to be a solution focused thought leader, agile in approach, full of initiative and have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Define and agree the Process Framework / Taxonomy for each applicable product.
  • Review the current state, gather requirements and generate solutions to address gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to produce ‘to-be’ design deliverables in a standardised PlayBook; including user stories, clarifying business requirements and functional design.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review of deliverables, swiftly addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Liaise with the Product Lead on release planning sessions to support development of the product roadmap and ensure Playbooks are updated inline with releases.
  • Arrange show and tell sessions with end users to ensure they are aware of progress, development is in line with their expectations and to increase familiarity of the new system.
  • Support with end user testing by reviewing test plans, create test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Input into the development of comprehensive training documentation and support with the delivery of end user training.

  • Deep understanding of integrated processes with functional areas
  • Proven business transformation experience within large-scale programmes
  • Experience of order to cash process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and providing innovative solutions.
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices within process area.
  • Process design experience: workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping.
  • Stakeholder management, including working with senior stakeholders and facilitating decision making.
  • Experience of working with technical teams on build and testing.
  • Experience of working to support change management and delivering effective training.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), including the ability to listen effectively.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, work and prioritise workload to tight deadlines.
