Role Introduction

Are you an experienced facilities leader ready to drive strategic and operational excellence across multiple sites? We're looking for a Head of Facilities to take ownership of our facilities strategy, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ISO standards, and lead facilities to deliver safe, compliant, efficient, and future-ready workplaces.

 

This is a pivotal senior role where you'll combine leadership, compliance expertise, project management, and sustainability thinking to shape how our facilities support the wider business.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver long-term facilities strategies aligned with business needs and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead site optimisation projects, office refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Manage a small but dedicated facilities team, setting clear goals and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee all facilities-related projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, fire safety, building codes, and ISO standards.
  • Lead audit preparation and act as a key contact for both internal and external audits.
  • Manage and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, access control, etc.) using our Helix-based platform.
  • Champion sustainability and continuous improvement across all sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the QMS and Continuous Improvement teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Have

  • Deep experience across a senior facilities management role, ideally across multi-site or regulated environments.
  • Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or IWFM Level 5/6.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and direct experience with audit cycles.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, with a focus on compliance, vendor management, and workplace safety.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and confidence to lead strategic change.
