Role Introduction

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for resolving issues and driving financial accuracy? We’re looking for a Query Resolution Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Accounts Receivable function by ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and accurately helping to prevent overdue debt, keep our revenue on track and our customers happy.

What You Will Do

  • Managing and resolving invoice-related queries for a portfolio of customers within agreed timelines
  • Raising accurate credit notes in a timely manner
  • Performing account reconciliations to identify and fix discrepancies
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Working closely with the Credit Control team to reduce outstanding queries
  • Assisting with cash allocations when needed
  • Supporting wider finance initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and responding to customer queries efficiently
  • Championing process improvements and supporting a culture of continuous change

What You Will Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced finance environment (SaaS, Insurance, or Financial Services experience ideal)
  • Solid understanding of transactional finance and the end-to-end Order to Cash process
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to identify improvement opportunities
  • Confident team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
  • Organised and process-driven with a positive attitude
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
