Are you ready to unlock your potential and start an exciting career in sales?
If you’re eager to learn, motivated to grow, and looking for a role where your effort truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect place to begin your journey.

At OneAdvanced, we’re searching for ambitious, early-career individuals who are passionate about developing their skills, embracing challenges, and building a successful future in sales. If you bring a growth mindset, resilience, and strong communication skills, we’ll equip you with the tools, coaching, and support to thrive.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying, nurturing, and developing relationships with potential customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Start your journey with our structured onboarding programme, designed to develop your confidence, communication skills, and sales capabilities from day one.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new leads through outbound outreach — including email, phone, and social channels — building resilience and strengthening your communication skills.
  • Conduct research through our Advanced ABM programme, using curiosity and problem-solving to understand customer pain points and identify how our solutions can help.
  • Learn and master modern sales technologies that support your productivity, accuracy, and success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring information is complete, updated, and aligned across the team.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends, enabling you to speak confidently with prospects and spot new market opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly goals for meetings and qualified opportunities, celebrating your progress and learning along the way.
  • Develop your growth mindset by analysing your results, seeking feedback, and consistently finding opportunities to improve.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to create a smooth, positive customer experience.

What You Will Have

We’re not expecting you to have years of experience — what matters most is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Goal-oriented, with a determined, results-driven mindset.
  • Hungry to learn, ambitious, and excited to build a successful career.
  • A confident and clear communicator, able to share value-led information that resonates with your audience.
  • An active listener, skilled at identifying people’s needs, challenges, and motivations.
  • Comfortable building authentic connections with prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Highly organised, able to structure your day effectively and prioritise tasks that deliver the most impact.
  • A diligent researcher and natural problem-solver, capable of uncovering and shaping new opportunities.
  • Solution-focused, showing resilience and determination when faced with obstacles.
  • Detail-oriented, understanding the importance of managing CRM data accurately to ensure a seamless handoff to the Sales team.
