If you’re a seasoned resilience professional who loves owning the end-to-end approach to business continuity and you want real autonomy to raise the bar across a fast moving tech organisation, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for an Organisational Resilience Lead to shape, embed and continually improve our resilience strategy across OneAdvanced. You’ll be the go-to SME for continuity, recovery and crisis preparedness, building a consistent, ISO-aligned framework and driving a culture where resilience is understood, tested, and lived. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a central part in our enterprise risk and governance agenda.

A hands on leadership role with influence rather than line management, best suited to someone who’s confident designing and running continuity plans, engaging across highly technical teams, and influencing stakeholders at every level.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a unified organisational resilience framework aligned with ISO 22301 and ISO 22361.
  • Champion best practice across the business, ensuring teams understand their role during incidents and recovery.

Own and lead business continuity planning

  • Create, update, and govern continuity and disaster recovery plans across multiple departments, products and global sites.
  • Maintain a full schedule of testing, reviews and validation activities – with clear documentation and follow-through.

Be the subject matter expert

  • Advise leaders on continuity, disaster recovery and crisis readiness.
  • Stay ahead of emerging standards, risks and industry developments.

Work across Sales, Service & Technical teams

  • Partner with sales to ensure SLAs are realistic, contractually sound and aligned with resilience commitments.
  • Collaborate with service and infrastructure teams to define and test RTOs and RPOs (and translate technical detail into business impact).
Evaluate RTO / RPO rationale for systems

Incident, risk & governance

  • Lead risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritise recovery activities.
  • Coordinate post-incident reviews and embed lessons learned.
  • Act as deputy scribe during crisis events
  • Produce clear, insightful reporting for senior leadership and external audit requirements.

What You Will Have

  • Strong experience in resilience / business continuity — ideally someone who has led frameworks, testing cycles and recovery plans end-to-end
  • Comfortable discussing technical failovers (architecture, infrastructure, databases) with service teams.
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders from help-desk to exec level.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environments preferred; financial services experience is a bonus.
  • Professional certifications (MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are desirable.
  • Able to work globally with sites in India and Australia — occasional travel expected.
  • Proactive, organised and happy working autonomously in a role where you set the standard.
