In this role, you’ll play a key part in positioning our solutions for success by delivering actionable insights through competitor intelligence, win/loss analysis, and sector assessments.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping how we understand the market and refine our strategies. You’ll bring a combination of research and logic-based skills to support the strategic growth of our product portfolio within People and Workforce Management (PWFM).

As a member of the OneAdvanced Product Marketing team you will be responsible for owning and delivering a product marketing plan, developing and refining product positioning and the value proposition as well as influencing the product go-to-market strategy and the product roadmap.

This will include creating product messaging, value propositions, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and in-product messaging for PWFM products.

You will also work closely with Product Management, Sales, and the wider Marketing team for product releases and new product launches.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitor Intelligence
    • Take ownership of monitoring and analysing competitors within the PWFM landscape.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive competitor knowledge base, highlighting trends, positioning, product features, and gaps.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, sales enablement, and product development decisions.
  • Win/Loss Analysis
    • Support the Product Marketing Managers with the ongoing analysis of win/loss data to identify patterns, key decision drivers, and areas for opportunity or improvement.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to gather qualitative insights and create reports that distil findings into meaningful recommendations.
  • Sector Assessments
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of the People and Workforce Management functions to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
    • Create detailed profiles on the functions within the UK to support go-to-market strategies and align messaging to market demands.
  • Product Marketing for aligned products
    • Create compelling messages which clearly articulate the value of our products
    • Build sales tools and sales training assets, supporting our sales teams
    • Work with Field Marketing and Sales teams to find customer stories and convert them into powerful content
    • Own and deliver a product marketing plan against the release schedule for our products
    • Own the positioning, messaging and influence the GTM strategy for your product/s
    • Make confident and tactical decisions as to the marketing of your product/s
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Partner closely with the wider product marketing team, product management, sales, and marketing teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
    • Deliver presentations, briefs, and reports that clearly articulate findings and proposals.
