You’ll work with warm leads and prospective customers to introduce a range of market-leading legal solutions, while also cross-selling the wider suite of OneAdvanced products and services.

What You Will Do

  • Generating and converting new B2B sales opportunities within the legal sector in Republic of Ireland
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Leading client discovery sessions, proposals, product presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Developing trusted relationships with legal professionals both remotely and face-to-face
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional OneAdvanced solutions across the customer base
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking sales performance effectively

What You Will Have

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development (tech/software experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with a strategic approach to sales
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ambitious, growth-focused environment
