Senior Anaplan Developer

Role Profile: We're seeking an experienced and skilled Anaplan Developer to drive the continued growth and development of our Anaplan solution. As we're still in the early stages of our Anaplan journey, with key modules such as financial reporting, ARR, and workforce planning went live in H1 2025, we're looking for a candidate that can help us unlock the full potential of Anaplan as our chosen Business Intelligence and planning tool.

As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and maintenance of the tool, working closely with our offshore Centre of Excellence team. Your customer-centric approach will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, delivering training, and providing day-to-day support to ensure seamless adoption and maximise the benefits of Anaplan.

• Be a part of  the development and maintenance of OneAdvanced’s Anaplan models, including financial, ARR, workforce planning and KPI modules
• Design and implement new Anaplan models and workflows to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain high-quality Anaplan code, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Ensure high standards of user experience, including interface optimisation, training, and support materials
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various different sources
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and other Anaplan-related issues and errors
• Stay up-to-date with Anaplan product updates and advancements, and implement new features and functionality as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation of Anaplan models, workflows, and processes
• Collaborate with the business to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to Anaplan models and workflows
• Ensure data quality and integrity, and implement data validation and governance processes

• 6+ years of experience in Anaplan development, with a strong understanding of Anaplan's platform and functionality  should be a Anaplan Solution Architect
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Anaplan models and workflows, together with strong technical skills in Anaplan, including data modelling, workflow design, and scripting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with data governance and data quality processes, as well as execution of strict user access controls
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial planning processes

• Experience with Power BI / similar data visualization tools an advantage
• Experience working in a Finance function and in the software industry an advantage, including knowledge of ARR and other SaaS metrics
