We're seeking an Associate Support Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, providing technical support and consultancy services to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to resolve complex technical issues, deliver high-quality support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to clients via various channels (phone, email, and online portals)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our products and services
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, sales, and project management) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices
Create and deliver high-quality documentation, such as knowledge base articles and customer guides
Participate in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for customers and internal stakeholders
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures
Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement
Experience in a technical support or consultancy role, preferably in a software or IT environment
Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer issues simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Desirable Skills:
Experience working with MariaDB, HeidiSQL, Windows, Apache, JAVA
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Certification in a relevant technical area (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce)
Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, or Engineering)
Experience working in a global or multicultural team
